Hello. I believe Wikipedia is a place to share knowledge. If someone does not behave according to Wikipedia's policies, that person should be guided first. I believe it is unfair and undemocratic to block a person's access to Wikipedia without any prior warning. If the behavior of a user is wrong, you are obliged to warn him first.
